Scope of Services. Through this Site, ACF Mechanical Services markets and arranges Air Conditioning Installation, Air Conditioner Repair, Furnace Installation, Heat Pump Installation, Ductwork Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by ACF Mechanical Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. ACF Mechanical Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACF Mechanical Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid ACF Mechanical Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify ACF Mechanical Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. VA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of VA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
